As an Electrical Superintendent with Monford you will provide hands-on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensure works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Identify and attract relevant construction workforce to suit project requirements.Lead relevant work teams within the project scope and demonstrate and lead appropriate workplace behaviours and conduct.Lead safety, quality, and environment culture onsite in line with the Monford safety culture.Ensure all personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers adopt exemplary safety behaviours and lead key risk management activities on assigned projects.Guide and mentor the workforce on environmental impact and implement effective controls to mitigate risk and be more risk-averse to avoid becoming complacent.Effectively manage subcontractor and supplier relationships on the project and demonstrate a strong relationship with clients and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.Lead Supervisors to communicate effectively with the client and Engineers.Read, interpret, and provide input into the construction program.
