The role will be focused only on new build domestic construction.ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspections for upcoming jobsConduct site inspections and provide feedback to estimator for quotingConduct client walk-throughs prior to rough-in when requiredPerform QC checks on recently completed work and discuss with team membersAttend warehouse each morning to discuss jobs with the teamTrain team membersLiaise with builders and supervisorsDeliver fortnightly Toolbox TalksRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience specifically in residential construction electrical workMust attend warehouse each morning; living locally is a mustA positive team player with a strong work ethicWillingness to take ownership of the roleSalary: AU$120k + vehicleOngoing professional development training with our leadership team.In the past 5 years, we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
