About the Role Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a suitably qualified Electrical QA Engineer to join our Renewables Team.
Full Time Permanent Role that is based on-site on a 5 / 2 (5 days on, 2 days off) roster.The base salary for this will be in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.The successful candidate's responsibilities include: Manage multiple electrical drawings, plans and designs from conception to completion of projects.Coordinate electrical activities with the on-site team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.Complete and administer quality audits and monitor sub-contractors.Implement QA / QC processes to review and verify the accuracy and completeness of electrical design drawings, calculations and specifications.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with electrical design elements of construction projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.Create and implement quality procedures, work instructions, ITPs, and ITCs.Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), review and approve disposition action plans.Collaborate with 3rd Party organizations, reviewing and processing inspection test results.Ensure HSEQ compliance and reporting is achieved and communicate any changes to relevant procedures and standards.About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical Engineering.Prior work experience in the Construction & Renewables Industry.Experience working FIFO / DIDO is desirable.Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers.Understanding of safety procedures and recognition of hazards.How to Apply At Monford, our RIPPA values are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.
