We are a leading packaging company with ongoing growth and we are looking for a suitably qualified Maintenance Electrician to support our operations and maintenance department within the Night shift (9:54pm - 06:00am).

About the role: This role will be responsible for providing safe and timely electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution for various machines and equipment within a manufacturing environment.
Duties include:
Performing preventive maintenance activitiesUndertaking emergency/break down electrical maintenance as necessary to support plant operationsReplacing faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches & motors, position sensing devices such as proximity switch timers, scanners and photoelectric devicesAccurately completing maintenance records and other paperworkWork collaboratively within the team and across departmentsIn consultation with Production staff, identify equipment and areas requiring attentionAssess and arrange job requirementsDaily feedback and reports to Lead on progress and work completedThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Electrical Trade Certification / Equivalent LicenseCurrent Electrical Registration to operate in NSWPrevious experience working within a manufacturing/industrial environment (highly desirable)Understanding of Australian workplace health and safety processesStrong attention to detailBe a team player who enjoys collaborating with other departments and working together to achieve best practice outcomesWhat we offer our employees: Highly competitive salary packageSupportive team environmentAmazing career growth and opportunitiesOnsite physioEmployee assistance programService recognition programFlexible working arrangementsGrowing national permanent workforce - exceeding 650+ employeesIf you are looking for a great opportunity where you can learn and grow, please apply now.
