Requirements About the Business In this role, you will be working for our Electrical Construction business which forms part of the CV group.
The team delivers electrical design and construct services for commercial, industrial, government and housing projects.
With over 170 team members, the business is one of Queensland's largest and longest serving electrical construction providers.
The team has a well-earned reputation in the industry for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand to join our Electrical Construction team based in Townsville.
This position requires excellent technical skills, with the ability to interpret specifications, drawings and manuals, problem solving, reporting, along with a high level of interpersonal skills.
A great work ethic is essential as well as the ability to think laterally and plan well.
You will also need exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal personnel.
The candidate: Minimum 3 Years' experience in commercial projects Supervisory experience Strong customer focus Competent in providing training and leadership Hold QLD electrical licence and drivers licence Be OHS conscious Ability to work autonomously, be energetic and self motivated High level of interpersonal skills and enjoys a team environment What CV Can Offer You Competitive hourly rate A great company culture with exceptional people that support your success.
