Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.

**Candidates must be willing to undergo a medical and police check as part of the recruitment process** Key Responsibilities Perform and deliver allocated Electrical & Instrumentation work orders from the maintenance planDeliver Electrical & Instrumentation tasks including fluid flow, pressure measurements and water quality monitoring equipmentPerform administrative tasks and document work progression in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Travel and commute to relevant assets across the network including attendance of Pre-start meetingsEnsure adherence to safety, compliance, policy and proceduresReporting activities relating to works planned, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.About You Experience in either Infrastructure, Water, Oil & Gas industriesExperience as an E&I technician in calibration, pressure testing and flow metersHold a Certificate IV or III in InstrumentationCurrent C Class Driver LicenceTrade – Electrical certificateQLD Electrical licenceEEHA - Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical (5-year validity)Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - HLTAID001 (1 year validity)Low Voltage Rescue and CPR Training UETDRRF004 & HLTAID009 (1 year validity)Provide First Aid - HLTAID003 (3-year validity)Confined Space Entry - RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205, MSMPER200 (3-year validity)Working at Heights - RIIWHS204E (2-year validity)Gas test Atmosphere - MSMWHS217 (3-year validity)Diversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
