Charles Stewart and Company are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Assistant Property Manager and Livestock Sales Support.
About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager and Livestock Sales Support to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis. Working alongside our Property Management Team, you will be challenged while being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment. In this role, you will also be responsible for administratively supporting our livestock staff during the execution of sales through the entire end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department for the portfolio you are assisting Working alongside the Senior Property Manager Processing tenancy applications Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication Assisting with rent arrears Assisting with the coordination of maintenance Property Management administration Assisting with preparing property reports (e.g., ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections) Working closely with the sales processing team and livestock team Assisting during the execution of sales and processing of sales Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture About you
To succeed at Charles Stewart, you:
