The ECC will work closely with the Elder Care Support Coordinator.
Additionally, they will assist with determining the level of local demand for aged care services, identify existing aged care services, service gaps in the area and continue advocacy work with clients as required.


To Be Considered For This Position, You Will Require Is a person of Aboriginal descent; that self identifies and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal communityDemonstrated experience in a health or care sector role working with older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peopleKnowledge of or willingness to learn about the aged care landscapeGood record management, data collection and reporting capabilityFor More Information On The Position Please Contact Tony Corcoran - Manager Care Coordination
