About the Role Full Time 2025 start The Assistant Director provides strong leadership in the development and implementation of a quality early childhood education service under the direction of the Centre Director.
They provide mentoring, on the job training and support to all educators with specific focus on Christ, character, excellence; compliance with legislation, and high-quality early childhood education and care.
The Assistant Director supports the Director in all daily operational requirements and develops positive partnerships and relationships which support children, families, staff and community.
About You You have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the College, and you are able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement and are able to teach and live from a Biblical worldview.
You will hold, or be actively working towards, a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA recognised equivalent qualification.
You have current First Aid Qualifications – including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Prior experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
