As the EL2 Director Finance Business Partner, you will play a key leadership role in providing high-level financial expertise and strategic advice to the agency.
This pivotal position involves complex and sensitive financial management across various operational functions.
You will work both independently and collaboratively, overseeing key projects, resolving issues, and influencing financial strategies that drive decision-making at the highest levels.
Key responsibilities include: Partnering with internal and external teams to offer expert accounting and financial advice.
Shaping and implementing financial strategies, policies, and practices.
Preparing comprehensive written materials, including reports, briefs, and discussion papers.
Managing and coordinating complex financial projects, identifying risks and providing solutions.
Offering strategic financial and policy expertise across multiple core functions.
Representing the finance business partnering portfolio on sensitive issues to a range of stakeholders.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of core financial functions to provide sound advice to senior management and the executive leadership team.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will be a highly experienced finance professional with: A CPA/CA qualification.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to lead teams.
Extensive experience in providing strategic financial advice and managing complex financial projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
A deep understanding of financial strategy, policies, and reporting processes.
High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive or contentious issues with tact and professionalism.
