The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than 600,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability.A new role awaitsThe Fraud Fusion Taskforce and Integrity Capability Division has various EL2 opportunities across the Fraud Investigations and Intelligence and Analytics Branches across multiple locations Nationwide. The Division drives the Agency's integrity response and capability uplift as well as the coordination of the whole-of-government multi-agency Fraud Fusion Taskforce (FFT).ResponsibilitiesThe Division is responsible for:Investigating and responding to internal and external fraud against the NDIS.Ethical and effective collection and analysis of data and information.Scalable responses to address known and emerging integrity and fraud matters.Administrative and Criminal investigations, progressing to debt raising or prosecutions for serious cases.Overall governance and management of the multi-agency Fraud Fusion Taskforce (FFT).Where you can add valueAs part of the EL2 application process, candidates will be asked to select their preferred roles as outlined below.Fraud Investigations BranchEL2 Fraud Operations - Criminal Investigations: Investigates and responds to serious and organised fraud against the NDIS.EL2 Fraud Operations – Scheme Debt: Manages the raising and recovery of debts identified through integrity activities.EL2 Fraud Operations – Serious and Complex Non-Compliance: Takes administrative action against serious non-compliant offenders.EL2 Fraud Operations – Internal Intelligence and Investigations: Assesses allegations of fraud and corruption by NDIA employees and contractors.EL2 Digital Forensics: Conducts collection, analysis and reporting of digital evidence for investigations.Intelligence and Analytics BranchEL2 Continuous Improvement: Responsible for ongoing review, redesign and optimisation of key processes.EL2 Integrity Reporting: Designs, builds and maintains reports relating to activities and outcomes of the Integrity Transformation.EL2 Tactical Intelligence: Manages an intelligence-led approach to the response of serious non-compliance and fraud against the Scheme.Enough about us, let's talk about youYou're a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in integrity, investigation, and policy analysis.
