We are seeking highly skilled Microsoft 365 (M365) and Windows 365 (W365) Engineers to join our Productivity and Collaboration team.
In these roles, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the M365 and W365 environments.
About the team You will be part of a team of ICT professionals delivering complex projects.
You will provide technical expertise, mentorship and coaching in a matrixed construct, as teams and individuals are embedded into projects as needed.
Lead a team of ICT professionals experienced in key technology platforms/products, orWork individually on projects as the technical engineering SME.Skills and Experience Extensive experience in the design and implementation of the M365 suite of products and services (including Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams), W365 virtual desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop and relevant Information Security Manual (ISM) controls.
Experience with Microsoft InTune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), ensuring access to M365 and W365 resources;The ability to design and implement W365 Cloud PCs to deliver virtual desktop experiences across the organisation;The ability to configure and secure M365 security features like Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access Policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Azure Information Protection (AIP);Experience to design, build and enhance changes to these platforms to maintain simplicity of design through configuration, while minimising customisation;Familiarity with Teams Voice and Microsoft 365 Phone System for integrated telephony solutions;Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate M365/W365 services with existing systems and manage third-party tools and applications to achieve outcomes.Eligibility Australian citizens with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
