Essential criteria 1.
Over 5 years of experience writing test plans and test cases and executing testing (including Manual Testing) for complex systems 2.
Engaging in quality management and testing assurance activities through the preparation and review of test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices.

Familiarity with testing third-party integrations and ensuring compatibility within complex systems.
4.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to develop thorough test documentation with traceability back to requirements.
5.
Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and ability to communicate issues effectively.

Ability to drive test outcomes with varied stakeholder, and skilled at prioritisation and multi-tasking across multiple projects.
Desirable criteria 1.
Experience testing call centre (IVR) and related technologies (e.g.
operational reporting and workforce management systems).

Experience with Test Automation as part of CI/CD pipeline, including technologies/skills such as: o Javascript, Python, Playwright, Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber, K6 Load testing tool, Jmeter o Competency in Programming, including practical knowledge of Javascript, Node.js, Python o Version controlling with GIT o Playwright, Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber.js test automation frameworks demonstrated competency in developing, auditing and reviewing code o K6 Load Testing tool, Jmeter experience developing and executing Load Tests o API Testing hands-on experience developing and executing RESTful API Tests o Experience using Regular Expressions and XPath Experience with Agile and DevOps/Jira processes/environment, and exposure to Test Management tools like X-Ray / JIRA / ALM 3.
Experience working in a cloud environment specifically AWS.
