Federal Government opportunities in Surry Hills and Newcastle Contract until 30th June 25, with possible extension $602.55 per day + super Hybrid work arrangement Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Weekly Pay The Organisation:
This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. They seek to uphold the rights of, and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability receiving supports or services.
The Role:
The EL1 Service Designer leads complex efforts in Participant Experience Design within the agency. This pivotal role involves team leadership with authority to manage and resolve detailed issues and risks. Responsibilities include leadership, planning, resource and performance management, and decision-making for team members and contractors.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Leading research to contribute to agency understanding. Conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Documenting current service states and identifying participant and staff experiences. Managing process design improvements. Advocating for participants and stakeholders. Facilitating design-thinking sessions and testing future experiences. Applying knowledge of agency roles and impacts. Overseeing end-to-end service experiences to ensure consistency across touchpoints. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Journey Mapping Systems Thinking Stakeholder Engagement Organisational Skills User Research & Analysis Report Writing Prototyping & Testing Data Analysis & Synthesis Workshop Facilitation & Co-Design To Apply:
