EL1 ICT Sourcing Senior Specialist, Various LocationsAbout the RoleThe ICT Service Delivery function delivers ICT procurement, contract management, Software Asset Management, and vendor relationship management services.
The team provides critical support services to ensure the Division effectively manages the procurement of ICT goods and services, monitors contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers, and evaluates vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts.The ICT Sourcing Senior Specialist role works in partnership with the agency Procurement team to deliver ICT procurements from the transactional to strategic level.
This role leads a small team and provides specialist advice to support Senior ICT Engineers in managing their ICT contracts by tracking renewals, license consumption, and facilitating new procurements and contracts in conjunction with the agency's procurement team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team to ensure effective ICT procurement and contract management.Track contract renewals and license consumption.Facilitate new procurements and contracts.Provide specialist advice to Senior ICT Engineers.Our Ideal CandidateTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes:Desirable QualificationsEligibilityThe ACIC is committed to diversity and inclusion.
