The Technology and Information Management team maintain Comcare's Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and provide strategic leadership, governance, solutions and advice for the effective management of information.The ICT Project Manager will deliver and support the delivery of ICT projects and initiatives. This role will work independently to support and contribute to significant technology changes to Comcare's ICT capabilities and deliver components of the ICT Asset Management Lifecycle Replacement plan, and the ICT Strategy.The current ICT Asset Lifecycle Replacement Plan delivers core infrastructure (network, server, storage, video conferencing, multi-function devices, headsets, laptops, phone fleet etc.) and corporate software upgrades including the Windows SOE. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements for ICT Asset replacement projects and refining the needs of end-users as input to technology solutions.This role will manage the rolling ten-year ICT Asset Lifecycle Replacement Plan that will ensure ICT infrastructure is maintained at optimal operational levels to deliver ongoing ICT Services to Comcare.The ICT Project Manager will have a diverse range of experience in leading project teams to success, clearly demonstrate their ability to manage projects, undertake business analytics activities, manage procurement processes and outsourced service providers to deliver quality outcomes.
