If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.Working in the Digital Projects Branch, the Contract Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide expert contract management support for our clients' Program. This is a contract position within a dynamic and growing team, dedicated to enhancing a National Data System and supporting key ICT projects that help Australians access quality skills, training, and employment.About the RoleYou will support the management of significant contracts and help ensure the successful delivery of the Program. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and assist in managing both large and smaller contract arrangements, ensuring they align with Departmental policies, legislation, and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee existing contracts within the Program, identifying and addressing roadblocks while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Assist with the procurement process and manage smaller contract arrangements as needed.Work closely with the Project Management Office Finance and Procurement team to draft documents such as business cases, work orders, and market approaches.Assist in the development of strategies for transitioning the new Data System to post-contract services, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.You will have:Qualifications in Contract Management (preferred).Demonstrated expertise in procurement and contract management, with a strong understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.The ability to convey complex arrangements clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to juggle competing deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply:Apply with your resume in Word format or for more information please call Siobahn Condie on 0488 032 429.
