The Assistant Director, Financial Systems will lead and manage the Financial Systems Team responsible for the administration of Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS), specifically

Expense8 . This role involves project management of the design and implementation of a new FMIS scheduled for 2025, providing strategic and technical advice on financial systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing system configuration changes, user access, help desk inquiries, and training for new users.
Coding and executing SQL queries for data analysis and generating reports for senior leadership.
Overseeing data migration processes and master data management.
Leading a small team, ensuring workload prioritization and quality assurance of outputs.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support and advice.
Preparing and approving end-of-month processes.
Ideal candidates will possess proven experience in FMIS administration, strong project management and analytical skills, and a high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset, are essential for success in this role.
