The Assistant Director, End User Support is responsible for leading second-level teams supporting the ACIC's information systems and ICT services, including end-user computing, meeting rooms, and unified communications across multiple sites. The successful candidate will support the Director of Technical Services in providing leadership and strategy to a nationally dispersed team. Opportunities will likely arise for the Assistant Director End User Support to engage in projects and operations that support agency outcomes.
