Are you a safety professional with a passion for keeping teams safe and having a background in electrical and civil works? Evolve Talent is recruiting on behalf of a global traffic and mobility organisation with a growing footprint in Australia. Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality & HSE Manager to join them in this growth period from their Sydney office.

Key Accountabilities:
As the manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of onsite workers across their project sites. You will also provide expert advice to drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the companies integrated contract management system to meet all business requirements.

Implement and maintain Q/EHS systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, ensuring compliance with local laws. Lead safety incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions to enhance workplace safety. Develop and communicate Q/EHS policies, ensuring all operations follow regulations and risk management practices. Monitor contractor safety, conduct audits, manage KPIs, and report incidents to country management. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Proven knowledge of EHS & Q legislation, regulatory requirements and ISO Standards Tertiary WHS & Quality qualifications, coupled with relevant work experience within roads and the transportation industry. Proven ability to develop, implement and see things through to completion. Experience with leading safety audit programs. How to Apply:
