Ehs Officer

The Company Our client is a global FMCG manufacturer, with sites across Australia, Asia, and America.
They are looking for a Junior EHS Advisor, on an initial 6-month fixed term contract with view to go permanent.
The Role Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be part of the wider global EHS team.
Your focus will be on be supporting the site to continually develop the safety and training culture across the business.
Key tasks within the role include:   •    Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
•    Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections across the site.
•    Support the implementation of EHS initiatives and training programs.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a strong EHS culture.
Skills and Experience •    Proven experience in an EHS role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
•    Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and best practices.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    A proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
