Supporting our frontline Agribusiness Relationship Managers, your role as our Agribusiness Relationship Associate is built on your expertise in engaging and communicating with customers and taking genuine care in supporting their needs.
You effectively build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams. You have high attention to detail and the ability to be flexible, remain organized, and prioritize in a busy role.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by:
Supporting the Agribusiness Relationship Manager team and their customer portfolio, giving you exposure to our large and more complex customers. Deepening existing customer relationships through understanding our customers' needs and providing relevant solutions across all Agribusiness product suites. Onboarding new customers, obtaining all necessary information and documentation, completing the application form, and looking after all ongoing portfolio maintenance. Building strong relationships with our customers via phone and email, as well as having the opportunity to join in on customer visits - in line with our customer value proposition to make business personal.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Knowledge or qualifications in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline. Ideally experienced in or solid knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles. Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products would be beneficial. The ability to proactively support your dedicated Bankers in thinking outside the square to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
