About the role The Educational Support Officer will work as part of the Learning Design Team and provide services around the design, development and delivery of online education across the University, using a range of contemporary technologies and innovative practices.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have: A relevant combination of qualifications and experience in education, learning design, digital technologies or related area/s Skills and experience in the development, implementation and support of online and digitally-enabled learning Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A solutions-focused, collaborative and flexible approach to delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment About the Group Digital Education is a dynamic portfolio of six teams within Education Futures that form the nucleus of digitally-enabled learning and teaching at UNE.
Consisting of approximately 50 staff working in integrated ways across the institution, the portfolio spans Learning Design, Learning Media, Digital Landscapes, Exams & eAssessment, Academic Development and Academic Integrity.
