Nido Early School Avondale Heights is looking for the next inspirational mentor to join the leadership group within the service. Through strategies of role modelling, coaching and mentoring our amazing educators, you will collaboratively evolve their practice, documentation, inquiry, and critical reflection to positively impact the children's learning.
ROLE: Help mentor and support our wonderful 6 rooms, which cater to 102 children!The role involves 2 days of non-contact work and 3 days engaging on the floor with the little ones.We're hoping to get someone on board starting in January.If you have experience in an educational leader position, that would be great, but it's not a must-have! SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor.A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain.Experience as an educational leader highly regarded.
