As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart East Bunbury Goodstart Early Learning East Bunbury is a state of the art, purpose built early learning facility with five large, bright and airy rooms We provide an all-inclusive and supportive environment to our team.
Goodstart East Bunbury embraces multiculturalism and inclusive practices as both our teaching team and families bring a diverse mix of cultures and abilities to our service Each of our rooms are run by qualified staff including two Degree Qualified Early Childhood Teachers to help our Kindergarten run smoothly and ensure that school transitions are meaningful.
