Pay: Ranges from $33.71 to $59.13 per hour – experience and qualification dependent
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Gawler South The centre is located next to the railway station making the daily commute to work a whole lot easier!Open Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm.We provide high quality education and care for 90 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years.Large outdoor space with well-stocked veggie gardens for teaching sustainability and the environment.You'll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)

You'll need: Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.Current SA Working with Children Check.If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
