Educational Leader-Group Leader

Job Responsibilities: Be competent and prepared to be appointed to the position of Responsible Person as required.
Comply with the National Quality Standards and the policies and procedures.
Create a safe, supportive, stimulating, and educational environment for children.
Plan, implement and evaluate programs suitable to the individual needs and interests of children.
Demonstrate effective time management and classroom management skills.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, families, and the community.
Ensure a high standard of hygiene in compliance with procedures and policies.
Maintain ongoing records of the child's development and daily information.
Lead a group of educators in daily activities and planned experiences.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Minimum Qualifications: Hold or working towards an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification.
Current Working with Children's Check.
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
