The Role The Educational Leader position exists to lead the educational team to provide a service that maintains high quality procedure and practice, through the key areas of education and care, building effective relationships, and ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace environment and to provide administration support to the Director.



The role of Educational Leader requires a dedicated leader to ensure the continual improvement and mentoring of the staff and service.

Experience and Qualifications Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (such as a Degree or Diploma) Expertise in leading, motivating, and inspiring your team. Capability to positively network and build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Adeptness at cultivating a community of learning guided by theoretical and philosophical knowledge. Assist with the management of the operation of the Early Learning Centre including staff management, mentoring, and leadership qualities. Outstanding knowledge, skills and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Framework and the Education and Care National Regulations and Act. Demonstrated experience in pedagogical leadership. Ability to work collaboratively to get the best results from educators and teachers with a range of abilities and skills. Current WWVP Check and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
