Education Specialist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at MacKillop Specialist School. As an Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized educational programs that cater to the unique needs of our students. Provide one-on-one education and specialist education support to students. Deliver targeted learning interventions, outreach, tutoring, and enrolment support to students. Collaborate with the team to ensure a holistic and trauma-informed approach to education. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated teaching experience. Tertiary Qualification in Education. Demonstrated experience in working with students who may have experienced trauma and present with diverse needs. Understand and work within Child Safety Standards and guidelines.
