Every dollar our team donates is matched and together we have donated more than $33m to our charity partners.We offer generous team member discounts across The Good Guys and JB Hi-FiYou will have exposure to ongoing training & development opportunities from day oneWe offer fantastic long-term career opportunities across the broader JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group About the roleAs the Education Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships and providing clients with innovative solutions that are tailored specifically to their education business needs.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating and delivering upon a clear strategy of new School acquisition (new business) and retention of key accounts (Schools) assigned to youEngage in Business Development activities to win new clients in the Education sector, predominantly K-12 Schools, Universities and Higher Education, Early Learning Centre's, Education departments and Catholic DiocesesUnderstand the client's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making process and form long-term business partnershipsActively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed throughIdentify and grow opportunities within your State /Territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure maximum growthLiaising with internal staff (sales coordinator, pre-sales, practices managers and management) for support, reporting, resourcing of projects as required About youTo be successful in this role, you will need: Experience working within the Education sector, either as an educator recently moved into a sales role, or as an Account Manager or Business development manager with experience within the Education industry.
