Edrms Technical Advisor

Randstad are currently working with the Queensland Government to find a Senior Advisor EDRMS.Randstad seeks to engage an experienced and skilled Senior Advisor (EDRMS) to assist the Principal Advisor (EDRMS) in the delivery of the core administrative functions.Responsibilities:• Maintenance and administration of EDRMS applications with a focus on application administration, testing and providing outstanding customer centric support to end users.
• Provision of sound technical solutions and the efficient management of day-to-day issues arising from the operation of EDRMS applications.
• Development and delivery of effective one-on-one and group end user training via online platforms (for example, Microsoft Teams).
• Development and ongoing maintenance of end user training materials and manuals.
• Proactively participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system infrastructure and providing efficient system maintenance.
• Perform core daily checks and ongoing system monitoring.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request processes.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate outcomes with a focus on building strong customer outcomes.
