Edi/Erp Analyst

This role is to assist with the administration and support of EDI as well as day-to-day BAU support for end users in a reputable Australian company.
You will be responsible for overseeing the electronic exchange of business documents between trading partners and providing comprehensive support for the Pronto ERP system and complementary applications.
This role blends back-end technical support with front-end customer service, ensuring seamless communication, data exchange, and application functionality across the organization and its external partners.
EDI System Management: Implement, configure, and maintain EDI systems.Monitor transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data exchange.Coordinate testing, onboarding, and communication with trading partners.Streamline processes and improve efficiency.Manage data flows, correct discrepancies, and ensure data quality.Analyze data trends and provide insights.Lead EDI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.Provide support and training to customers, partners, and staff.· ERP System Support: Provide user support for Pronto ERP during project rollouts.Deliver excellent customer service through various channels.Document ERP configuration and support processes.Assist with Pronto configuration and setup.Troubleshoot application operating problems.Participate in meetings and decision-making.Ensure compliance with protocols and procedures.Provide technical guidance and training support.Liaise with third-party vendors for software support.· Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Understanding of IT service delivery and management methodologies.Strong project management skills with task prioritization ability.Experience supporting ERP or similar critical business applications.Preferably, experience in EDI management and familiarity with related tools.Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation.This role requires a hybrid working policy
