About the Role: As the eCommerce Trading & Merchandising Manager for Supercheap Auto, you will play a key role in driving the success of the brands online presence. You will be responsible for optimising the online customer experience and maximising sales and profitability through effective merchandising and trading strategies.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for a leading Australian retail group, with the flexibility to work from home and in our state-of-the-art, Support Office in Strathpine, with a quality cafe on site.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective merchandising and trading strategies to drive online sales and profitability across the Super Retail Group's portfolio of brandsLead & inspire a motivated team of eComm Trading & Merch SpecialistsAnalyse customer data and shopping behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvementCollaborate with the broader eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer experienceMonitor and report on the performance of online channels, identifying and actioning areas for improvementStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the group's online offeringProvide strategic guidance and support to the broader business on eCommerce and digital initiativesWhat you bring: Significant experience in eCommerce trading and merchandising, ideally within the retail industryStrong understanding of online customer behaviour and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing effective merchandising and trading strategies to drive online sales and profitabilityProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersA passion for the evolving world of eCommerce and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trendsWhy Join Us: At Super Retail Group, we are committed to providing a rewarding and fulfilling work environment for our team.In addition to a competitive salary, we offer…
