About the role: We have an exciting full-time role available for an eCommerce Specialist to join our Stylerunner team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Stylerunner AU & NZ eCommerce Websites. Assist the eCommerce Manager deliver the digital strategy and trade targets.
This role will work across Product & Merch Management, Website Maintenance, Marketing & Content Management, Web Development, Customer experience, and Reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include: Work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to ensure all products and content are ready to go live on site within a timely manner, and ensure all content is correct and in line with brand requirements. Understand the products that drive sales for the business - Top Sellers, Exclusives, Limited Releases, and Core. Understand vertical products that drive Gross Profit sales for the business. Manage and maintain the overall product merchandise strategy to optimize gross profit and increase conversion rate onsite ensuring best practice methods are met across both AU & NZ websites. Execute and review website merchandising daily across AU & NZ – using manual merchandising and optimizing automated rules, to drive trade and sell through. Build new categories and collections based on trending products and marketing campaigns, and optimise. Brief all digital trade campaigns and website content assets into the creative team and manage execution across the site. Build and test all EDMs for AU & NZ as per marketing calendar schedule and CRM calendar. Execute SEO strategy across both sites, ensuring required updates are made consistently within deadlines. End-to-end management on site to ensure the product, categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines. Support the eCommerce Manager with web development to enhance the online store functionality and customer journey. Identify new website functionality opportunities, as well as identify improvements to current features. Work with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class customer experience. Be the first point of contact for the store network and customer service team for operational & product concerns. Update daily eCommerce sales reporting and analysis and provide team updates and insight. Contribute to the weekly trade report. To be successful you will ideally have: Demonstrated 4 - 5 years eCommerce operations coordination or similar role. Preferably apparel or footwear retail/wholesale background. Strong understanding of apparel and footwear products. Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Suite competency.
