This is an ongoing permanent position.The role of the Solutions Consultant requires proven experience in delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions as you'll be working with the client stakeholders, internal technical team and related third parties to analyse, design and document technical solutions to meet the business objectives. The role covers the full project life cycle from the elicitation of business requirements through to user acceptance testing and implementation of the system/s.The core responsibilities include:Conducting client research and analysis of the current technology stack in use capabilityLead platform-agnostic discoveries and suggest the best-fitting solutions that are logical, meet business needs, and are platform-appropriateLeading re-platform projects for eCommerce platforms end to endLeading Mobile App projectsCreate, own, and manage functional scopeUnderstand the client's business needs and processHelp our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirementsRequirementsCore RequirementsLeading discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand the current state and develop technical requirementsTranslating outputs from discovery workshops into JIRA Epics and User Stories, along with presenting highly technical concepts to external/internal senior business stakeholdersUnderstanding of the full eCommerce product life cycle, including back-end systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc)Working knowledge of either core eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Shopfiy, Commerce Tools or Big Commerce.
