Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Responsible for uploading product pictures, website content, maintenance and any updates. Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Amazon, TikTok, etc). Facilitate order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities. Provide service quality and enhance customer satisfaction. Upload and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in an engaging manner. Write compelling product descriptions, headlines, and bullet points to effectively showcase product features and benefits. Ensure high-quality product images are uploaded, appropriately sized, and optimized for web viewing. Monitor product inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the website. Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends. Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement. Any other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.
