Ecommerce Executive - Exclusive Retail Platform Driving Luxury Brand Access

About the Role The E-Commerce Executive will play a pivotal role in implementing website content initiatives, managing brand collaborations, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Reporting to the Operations and Marketing Manager, this position involves close collaboration with marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless online and offline experiences.
  Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations Oversee website management, including brand page setups and optimising content for user engagement.
Collaborate with external e-commerce teams for product uploads and corrective actions.
Provide strategic recommendations to partner brands to maximise conversion rates.
Brand and Warehouse Coordination Monitor stock transfers and ensure timely QC and post-sale collections.
Liaise with brands to ensure content readiness and drive click-through rates.
Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement Address customer care issues regarding content inaccuracies.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve e-commerce efficiency.
Analytics and Reporting Provide performance insights during and after sales events.
Prepare detailed reports to inform future campaigns and improve outcomes.
Offline Events Support Assist with Shopify uploads, event setups, cashiering, inventory tracking, and customer support during pop-up events.
More Info Currently in final year pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree.
6 months internship.
Open to part-time internship of at least 4 days.
Start date: ASAP.
Office location: Sydney CBD.
Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
Monthly allowance provided to cover expenses.
Requirements About You Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce roles.
Proficiency with Shopify and front-end content setup, is a must have Advanced Excel skills with experience in data reporting and analysis, is a must have Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines.
Warehouse coordination or logistics experience is a plus.
