Ecommerce Digital Marketing Manager | Amart Furniture | Australia A new opportunity has arisen to join the data-driven change maker team of Amart!
We are looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, located in our Amart National Store Support Centre located in Rochedale.
This is a first-rate opportunity to drive the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Strategy of Amart.
About the role: This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand online.
The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for the strategy and execution of the website including supporting Trade and Sale performance, Merchandising Strategies, and the overall UX of the Amart website.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ecomm Strategic planning – working with our Web Development Agency and the HOD to develop and execute Ecommerce marketing and merchandising strategies to improve overall customer experience online and to drive Online Sales.Digital Strategic planning – working with our Media Agency and the HOD to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for consumer lead generation and website traffic.Performance Metrics – be accountable for Online Sales, ROAS, conversion rate, and engagement metrics onsite.Ecomm External Partnership Management – working closely with Web Development agencies and Analytic Resource Agencies.Internal Stakeholder Management – working closely with the Direct Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging on the website and streamlined processes.Digital Marketing External Partnership Management – working closely with affiliate partners and external Digital Advertising Agencies.Budget Management – ensuring the budget tracking document is accurate and that budget is strategically allocated by Media Channel depending on Business Objectives.Executing with Excellence – ensuring the team and partners are set up for success with a process to minimize the chance of error.Innovation and Testing – proactively seek out and implement new opportunities and innovations for the Amart website and our Digital Media.A bit about you: Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in ecommerce/digital roles.Demonstrated experience in an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing management role.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally.Results oriented – focusing on tangible outcomes and goals.Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.You love data and analysis and determining the 'why' – you know how to analyse and manipulate data in excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Products such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.Ideally have experience with Search, Social and Analysis tools e.g.
