As we expand our presence in Australia & New Zealand, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the newly created role of CRO Specialist.
ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Commercial Executive to join our dynamic eCommerce team. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes for L'Occitane Australia and New Zealand through effective stock management and planning as well as the management of affiliate partnerships
You are highly analytical, data driven and comfortable working with supply chain, marketing, and warehouse teams to optimise inventory and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for customers and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to forecast future product demand Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour and product conversion to understand key product and collections of focus to achieve revenue and stock management outcomes Own and manage the yearly Commercial Plan detailing daily sales, promotions and market activity required to meet weekly, monthly and annual targets Manage in SalesForce FIFOs, deletions and stock available on site Use tools including SalesForce Einstein to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate Share and communicate Commercial Plan with agency partners and internal teams to ensure Develop yearly affiliates strategy across key partners including Qantas, AMEX, Cash Rewards, ShopBack, Student Beans detailing bespoke and complimentary offers across each channel. Report on affiliate performance monthly identifying new opportunities for optimisation and growth Monitor stock levels with agility working closely with eCommerce team to identify opportunities for sell through Contribute to growing sales, regenerating nature, caring for our consumers & partners, and supporting our employees ABOUT YOU Analytical and data driven Knowledge and comfort with analysing and reporting tools including GA4, Tableau, SalesForce Experience in AB testing, developing testing plans and frameworks and analysing results Creative problem solver. Experience with innovation frameworks would be advantageous though not essential Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment Strong commercial acumen Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships, locally and internationally WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...
