Online Store Supervisor The Shoe Group (TSG) - Spendless Shoes is one of Australia's largest shoe retailers with over 200 stores around Australia with a suite of labels such as Spendless, Corasol, Wildfire, Vybe, Everflex & Olympus Shoes.
We are seeking an Online Store Supervisor for our National Distribution Centre.
This role plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, accurate online order process, elevating the customer experience at every step.
This role is centered on leading a dedicated team and closely collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager and other departments, with a focus on setting clear goals, delivering guidance, and fostering a positive team culture.
The Online Store Superviso r will also handle critical planning and execution during peak sales periods to maintain accuracy and enhance team performance through data-driven insights.
Qualifications and skills required: Strategic thinking and data analysis skills for effective decision-making Ability to deliver and improve with your team, agreed KPI's Experience in leading and supervising of teams in a warehouse environment Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to adapt in a fast-paced environment Managing inventory and stock control Strong leadership and communication abilities Available to start from 7am Maintain the safety and security of the warehouse, products and team members What you bring A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented approach Motivation to foster a respectful and collaborative workplace Flexibility to work varied hours, especially during peak sales events Strong time management skills Fantastic attitude with ability to motivate under pressure Excellent verbal and written skills Committed with a desire to exceed above what is expected A great attitude will get you to the top of the list!
