Fantastic opportunity to join our diverse and dynamic team Supported team environment Applications are sought from suitably qualified security staff with previous experience to work in the Corporate Services department at Echuca Regional Health. As a key member of the security team, you will work both individually and as part of a team to provide high-quality security services involving the security of patients, staff, visitors, and all areas within ERH grounds. You will be provided with relevant training to regularly access computers in the course of your duties, to submit incident forms and access policies and procedures. You will possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of prioritising work and exercising discretion within established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
Participation in Code Grey, Code Black and Code Brown teams; Playing a key role in responses to security and emergency alarms; CCTV monitoring and response; General security duties as required. Our team requires someone who has:
Current and formal Security Qualifications; Ability to meet and work to deadlines and within set timelines as required; Ability to operate in an environment of change; Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; Practice active listening and empathy; Intermediate computer skills across various applications including email and incident management systems.
