We are seeking a skilled Echo Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiography procedures using ultrasound equipment to visualize and assess cardiac structures and blood flow.
Obtain and analyse patient data, including medical history and previous test results, to aid in the interpretation and reporting of echocardiographic findings.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, while maintaining proper infection control practices.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues, and report malfunctions or need for repairs.
Stay up-to-date with advances in echocardiography techniques and technology through professional development activities and continuing education.
Maintain accurate patient records and produce comprehensive and timely reports of echocardiographic findings.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Qualifications:
Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
Strong knowledge of echocardiography principles, techniques, and procedures.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting ultrasound equipment, including knowledge of different transducers and imaging modes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and produce comprehensive reports.
