Extended Care Assistant (ECA) Memory Support Unit At Meercroft Care Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional care to some of the community's most vulnerable individuals. Our team provides specialized support for those with severe behavioural and psychiatric symptoms, as well as complex needs related to mental health, dementia, and aging within a mainstream residential aged-care environment.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Carers with experience in this field to join our team on a permanent basis offering variable lines and shifts of work with a minimum of 54 hours per fortnight.
Role Overview: As an Extended Care Assistant (ECA), you will provide holistic, safe, and high-quality care to our residents. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help deliver care services that enhance residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being. Your support will empower residents, fostering self-determination, resilience, and a better quality of life through improved social engagement.
