Our team provides specialized support for those with severe behavioural and psychiatric symptoms, as well as complex needs related to mental health, dementia, and aging within a mainstream residential aged-care environment.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Carers with experience in this field to join our team on a permanent basis offering variable lines and shifts of work with a minimum of 54 hours per fortnight.
Role Overview: As an Extended Care Assistant (ECA), you will provide holistic, safe, and high-quality care to our residents.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help deliver care services that enhance residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.
Your support will empower residents, fostering self-determination, resilience, and a better quality of life through improved social engagement.
