About the Role:
Join our HR Department as a vital team member, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple project sites.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the site teams at Eastern Guruma, playing a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:
Advising site management and employees on company policies and procedures.
Supporting disciplinary processes and conflict resolution to maintain harmony and compliance.
Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
Contributing to employee relations, performance management, and various HR-driven projects.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on site operations whilst supporting the growth, collaboration, and well-being of our teams.

Minimum Requirements:
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a HR Advisor with exposure across HR Investigations, performance management, and performance review.
Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Strong ethics and good personal judgement.
Team-oriented mindset.
On Offer:
Up to $140,000 salary considered for strong applications!
FIFO 8:6 roster.
12-hour day shift only.
Medical, PPE, and flights provided by Eastern Guruma.
On-call support for completing any required inductions/onboarding forms.
