We are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our Wallan East Kindergarten. Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture your career, implementing our unique Kids First Early Years Kindergarten Model (training will be provided)!
Although each and every day is different and exciting in our Kindergartens, you can expect to: Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program. Work in partnership with children, families and the community. Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve. Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice. About you Diploma of Children's services or equivalent. Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting. Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
