About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our friendly, committed team on a maternity leave cover basis. This role involves guiding young children's learning experiences while building strong relationships with families and team members.
Core Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of each child.Understand and comply with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).Build and maintain positive, open relationships with families, children, and colleagues.Maintain a high standard of documentation and planning to support each child's learning journey.What We Are Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.Compliance: Current and valid Working with Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid certificates.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Passion for Education: A genuine love for children and a commitment to positively influencing their lives.Documentation and Planning Skills: Strong abilities in documenting and planning for children's individual learning needs.Join Us:
