Your role will be to inspire pedagogical practices and curriculum development through cohesive leadership within our Truganina service.
You will create developmentally appropriate programs based around children's interests and build on their and your own knowledge. With the support of your amazing team members, you will establish beautiful environments with kinder-aged children so they are comfortable and confident learners.
ROLE: Leading our kindergarten program for children aged 3 to 4 years old, which accommodates 26 children.Your shifts will rotate on a 3-week rotation.4 hours off the floor planning per week.We are aiming for a start date of January 27th, 2025.Potential candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in running a kindergarten program.Familiarity with strategies to support children in social-emotional regulation and readiness for school is essential.
