Diploma Qualified Educators  Sparrow Early Learning High Wycombe 5 day, part-time & on-call casual positions  We are looking for experienced, imaginative & nurturing Early Childhood Educator superheroes who: have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care are driven by the love of inspiring curious young minds  have the imagination to transform a loose part into a fun and valuable learning tool As a  Studio Assistant Educator , there will never be a typical day… Through our play-based learning philosophy we are constantly reminded what a wonderous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course you will still be responsible for all if the compliance based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.  Sparrow Early Learning High Wycombe is a purpose built, exceeding centre that has a dedicated team of early childhood educators who understand the importance of extending on children's home-life experiences.
What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care  (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, make potions and sing loudly with little people.
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
