We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Practitioner, located in Hobart. The position will be starting in January 2025!! About the Role As an Early Childhood Practitioner (ECP) within our 360 Kids program, you will deliver and coordinate care, support, and therapy to children (aged 0-9 years and on the NDIS) under a key worker model. You will be responsible for providing timely communication and support to parents and/or caregivers, and will work alongside a national team of skilled allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Children requiring support from an Early Childhood Practitioner may include those with intellectual and physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and neurological disorders. With our office located in Warrnambool, you will also have the flexibility to work within the community, in-home, and clinic settings.

About you: We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:

Compulsory: Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, Social Work, or Allied Health.
At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
Registration with the relevant governing body.
NDISWC / WWVP (or willingness to apply).
Current Australian driver's license and able to travel with your own vehicle.
